Before I started out bootcamp, I was weighing in about 86 kg and after doing bootcamp together with my blood type diet , I am a O blood type, so it was a full protein diet, incidentally it was also similar to the first two weeks of the eight week challenge diet that you may find on bootcamp sites and around the Internet. My lowest I have gone down to was 78.8kg and even at that weight, my wife was telling me that I should start to eat normal as I looked too thin and not enough flesh. My BMI weight is 74kg so I intend to make that my goal to reach that. The timeline that I am looking to reach that is within 5 months conservatively.
I have yet to check my weight as I plan to do it tomorrow as I just got back from bootcamp and have been drinking loads of water so today is not the best time to weigh in. Tomorrow after the daily download is usually the time I weigh in and will document it in this blog. I also want to show my wife that I can really do it, reaching my 74kg goal. Do you have any weight goals that you want to achieve yourself? I feel that if I don’t have a weight goal, going to bootcamp just ain’t worth the effort. Of course digging in to my favorite foods is one of the other reason bootcamp is a must. Anyway will update this tomorrow and follow on from there…
From the very beginning my experience with TRX has not been very pleasant, I have always felt like I don’t really get a full workout that really pushes me till I really sweat and tired. I figured that maybe it could be the method that I was doing the exercises that could be wrong but then again it was the right method so I guess I have to put my mind to it to continue to do it even if I really hate it so might as well watch more videos on it to master something I hate doing, hmmm , sounds like a challenge I have created for myself, have any experiences like this? Do tell me how you feel when you use the TRX?
It has taken me sometime to even be able to skip rope and it took me a couple of months to master it. I notice many females are used to it as they used to do it in their younger days at school, what was your experience like?
I found some videos that may be if help… Tell me what you feel about them ya…
Sometimes I ask myself, waking up at 5am in the morning, to get ready for bootcamp at 530am, is it all worth it?
I used to say that this group of people are really crazy to want to do this to themselves but after being in it for several months long enough that I have forgotten how many months I have been in it, was it worthwhile? Oh yes it was. Especially if you have a goal in mind, whether its the waist size of the weight target that you have. For me it’s the weight target. Will talk more later, it’s boot camp time now…
I was surprised to hear this news as I actually overheard from a staff who was getting people to sign up for credit cards and we knew each other and met a couple of times, I thought the news may be wrong but it was indeed so correct. I am actually quite disappointed with this news as one of the reasons why I actually signed up for the card was because the points were timeless and there was only Citibank or Maybank to choose from, I remember when Citibank was the only one and I signed up with them and only later on Maybank joined the timeless points, then only I decided to get their card. It is already difficult enough to gather enough points as how much can you spend within 3 years to get a proper gift to redeem? I don’t think their Treatsfair will be so popular anymore in the future as well. And of course a lot of the people would just move to Citibank although Citibank’s points will get more expensive. Oh yes, one more thing, say bye bye to Maybank’s RM1 = 200 points and say hello to RM1 = 250 points . Talk about inflation!!
Sad but true, tell me how you feel about it because it’s a sad day because I have to spend all my points within the next 3 years… tell me how you feel by dropping a comment below.
